Returns & Exchanges

At Imperial, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your sports equipment or apparel in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
